SA-O Flat Storage System

The SA handling machine has been specially developed for sorting, stocking and order picking of semi-finished products from various processing machines.

Think of sawing machines, nesting cells, edge banders and drilling lines. The SA machine is used as a supply and discharge system for the above processing machines. It is also possible to stack the finished parts sorted on pallets. By applying this system it is possible to switch off the manual handling of semi-finished products between the various processing machines. Dragging pallets and carts between the various operations is therefore a thing of the past. Each panel is labeled and a barcode scanner can read this information, allowing a computer to determine what to do with the panel and where to place it.
